Maine Student Book Awards


    The Maine Student Book Award program lets kids vote on their favorite book. At the start of the school year, your librarian will share the list of nominated books. Throughout the year, you read the books from the list that interest you. If you read five before the middle of March, you get an invitation to the Maine Student Book Award Party* and get to vote on your favorite book. Librarians from across the state send in their students' votes and submit them to the MSBA committee. And in April, the winner is announced.
